CHRISTMAS CUT OFF FOR ORDERS:
PLEASE READ THE BELOW BEFORE ORDERING!
Our physical store will be open until December 24th and we will be posting orders until then. Due to the different ways our items are fulfilled, please be aware of the following:
Records - All record orders will be processed and shipped up to and including December 24th. All items ordered before December 20th should arrive for Christmas, orders after will likely arrive after!
Clothing - All clothing items which show as 'Available to pick up in store' on the product page will be fulfilled and shipped by us directly up to and including December 24th. All items ordered before December 20th should arrive for Christmas, orders after will likely arrive after!
Clothing items that show 'Pick up unavailable' on the product page are fulfilled from our fulfillment centre in Winslow the cut off for orders is December 11th to guarantee arrival for Christmas. Any clothing items ordered after this date will still be produced and posted, but may not arrive in time for the big day!
Please note, while we will ship all items before the advertised deadlines of the respective service, there may be delays in their service out of our control. We strongly recommend ordering earlier!

We are proud to parcel up all your items in eco-friendly packaging that is fully recyclable or biodegradable. We have worked hard to find a range that will not only keep your precious purchases safe, but that is a little less harmful to the environment as well!
PRE-ORDERS
All pre-orders are generally shipped out for the day of release, but release dates can move, and this is unfortunately out of our control.
If you purchase multiple pre-order items in one order, or a mixture of regular and pre-order items, your order will be dispatched when the last pre-order item is available to ship.
CLOTHING
Around 70% of our clothing is held in store and will ship within one business day. You are able to tell tell which clothing items are held in store as it will specify it on the product page with "Pick Up Available"
*For clothing items held in our fulfillment centre, these can take up to five business days to be manufactured and dispatched.
UK Shipping
£3.95 - Shipped by Royal Mail or Evri and should arrive in 1-2 business days after shipping*
Europe Shipping
Tracked Delivery - £11.99 - Shipped by Royal Mail Airmail and tracked until delivery. Items should arrive in 3-5 working days from dispatch but please allow up to 14 business days before contacting us.
USA & Rest Of The World Shipping
Tracked Delivery - £14.99 - Shipped by Royal Mail Airmail and tracked until delivery. Items should arrive in 5-7 working days from dispatch but please allow up to 20 business days before contacting us.
*In busy periods, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer due to both our and the couriers workload. If the item(s) will be longer than an additional day to be dispatched, we will let you know via email.
Customs & Duties
Please be advised that any customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country. Payment of any of these applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and not Save Our Souls Records. If in doubt, please contact your local customs office before ordering.
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct when ordering. We do not accept liability for items that ship if incorrect details are given. If an item is returned to us as incorrect shipping details were given, or delivery was attempted but not possible, we are happy to resend the item with the buyer paying the shipping cost again, or refund the item once returned to us minus full shipping costs (this may be more than the amount you paid) and a £10 processing fee.
ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT
In very rare occasions a package may be lost in transit. We are unable to provide any refund or replacement until 23 business days after dispatch for the UK, and 35 business days after the expected delivery date for overseas orders. If an order is showing as delivered, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement and you will need to contact Royal Mail to make a claim for the value of your items. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will not make exceptions to this.
